How should i introduce 6 pullets to an established flock of 5 hens?? i dont want anyone to get hurt and i allready know about hiding spots etc

allow both chicken packs too see each other for awhile, then you can start trying to friend the pullets with an adult calm mellow chicken, then they will be friends, once you feel comfortable with the relationship, allow the big chickens to check them out, the calm chicken will hopefully try and protect them… then let them sleep in the same house, chickens are not very welcoming to guests, you need to show your adult chickens that the pullets are going to be their new best friend.

They should remain segregated for at least 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer, just depends). You can't just let them see each other for one day and expect them to integrate peacefully. Even with a 2-3 week segregation there will still be some pecking going on. They're just setting the order of who's boss, etc.
