Integrating chicks from different sources

I am about to be a first time chick mom! I have 12 chicks being delivered directly from a hatchery but was thinking of picking up a couple of chicks at Tractor Supply at the same time the hatchery chicks arrive. The hatchery chicks will be vaccinated for mareks. Are there any integration issues I should be aware of?

There shouldn't be. The chicks from tsc might even come from the same hatchery.
