I live in the city of Warren Michigan. The city claims that hens are not aloud in the city. I was told that you need to be Grandfather in. My backyard is inclosed by a privacy fence. My daughter and I have done some research for raising hens in the city the sites say that it is legal an no permit is needed. I have all ready ordered my hen house. Any help ?
