10x10 enclosed building ventilation fan or not?

This winter i have a 10x10 building that is enclosed I'm going to put sand in it and a heater. I'm doing this so my eggs don't freeze if they lay while on at work and unable to collect them. After the heater and sand it, should I put a ventilation fan? I'm going to clean the droppings out once to twice a week. Should this be fine or do I need a fan? Any suggestions or advice on anything, your more than welcome to say. Thanks

When you say enclosed do you mean sealed up?

That's not going to work. You have to have ventilation. Copious amounts of ventilation.

Agrees...need good ventilation...so sealed and heated building not good unless it's a full HVAC system.
