Waiting for 2 of my olive eggers to lay their eggs for today. One already did. Still haven’t set my eggs. I will be checking within the next 30 mins since I did see one go in the coop. So we shall see!!

I’m not really sure lol but the gray ones have feathered feet and the black ones don’t! But tractor supple said they were all chicks so let’s hope so!!

Ok so I wasn’t going to hatch but my bantam I think may be going broody so we will see

Please add me to the hatch-along - I started the incubator with 13 on Thursday, I didn't see this until now, I'll add some fresh eggs now - another 6, and mark them for the hatch-along. So exciting!

I set 9 backyard mutts!! I have one of those Janoel 12 types. Just when it gets the perfect temp and humidity, all of a sudden the digital read thermometer starts changing. The incubator is currently reading 39.5 C but the digital read out states 97 F. I have moved the digital probe to different spots in the incubator (it's not that big) and get different readings. If anyone has suggestions I would love to just "set it and forget it". I have no idea what I'm doing here. I'm concerned to fiddle with it anymore.

Don't trust it.
Go buy a thermometer or three.
