BYC's 15th Annual New Year's Day Hatch-Along—2024

I have an early hatcher. It pipped early on the 30th, but hadn’t made any progress by bedtime. Out and dry this morning. There is also a second pip.

Oh, I guess I never came back to update after I candled at one week. All 5 of the frizzled Tolbunt Polish were clear, and one BYM was clear. The other 4 got locked down on Friday.
Sorry about the clears. :( Congrats on the others.
 
If you want to throw my hat into the ring, or toss it out all together, it is up to you guys. I didn't think they would hatch on NYD so I didn't enter earlier...
I had a broody hen and picked up a doz eggs from a feed store. We ate 6 eggs and...
I gave a hen 3 eggs.

and I put 3 in an incubator just in case.

The hen got bored after a couple days, and only one was developing. So I took the developing egg and put it in with the incubator eggs, they were a couple days ahead since the hen that sat on the eggs was not attentive. The egg from the hen eventually quit.
These 3 kept going...

On lockdown when candled, I saw the dark one quit but the other 2 kept going...
