Scrambled eggs have very little to do with weather. Eggs generally do fine from 10 degrees to about 80 degrees for shipping. The scrambled eggs are from mishandling, poor packaging or just bad luck. The further they travel also will influence how much damage they get. Try to order within 300 miles of you or less for shipping when possible.
Thankyou! I always thought ,heat damage when someone said scrambled eggs:giglike breakfast.

10 degrees Fahrenheit!? Wouldn't they freeze? .
When did she start? How many eggs?
. Maybe 3 days ago, I can't remember. 15 eggs she's a game hen. Hoping we don't get any cold snapes:fl that tends to break their sitting .
