This chick has had a deformed leg since she hatched. We took her anyways and tried to mend her leg. I thought it was a slipped tendon but she (I think it’s a she) never seemed to be able to use her foot. My question is since the leg has healed in this position. Will she be able to just live her life with one good leg? Do you think this leg will cause any health problems

That looks uncomfortable, I'm not sure how her life would be like.
That’s what I’m worried about! I don’t know if she’s suffering and it’s cruel or if I should give her a chance since she’s been such a fighter. She’s awfully feisty and eats and drinks normally.

How did your chick make out? I have one with the exact same problem and am looking for advice. I am torn between trying to help and euthanasia.

So she is 6 weeks old now and she gets around fine hopping on 1 good leg. The other leg is completely and she can’t use it at all. But she seems otherwise really healthy
