8 month old runt?

I have 10 RIR hens and they are 8 months old. I get 8 to 9 eggs a day but have never gotten 10. One of the hens looks different. Her tail feathers are not fully developed, her wings look different and her legs are more yellow than the others. They're all thriving with no issues. I just didn't know if you could have an adult runt. I'll try and get a couple pics.

Her comb isn't as big either. She actually posed for me!

Check the width of her pelvic bones, to see if she is laying.

Nope, not a runt just different genetics

This is my first flock. What kind of width am I looking for? Is there a typical measurement?

2 finger width - a hen may be laying or about to. 3 finger width - a hen is laying. That is a very healthy looking bird. Perhaps just a bit slower at maturing.
