a little advice with crow collars please

So my seven month cockerel has the nees fo rip off his collar everytime we put it on. At first he will do his walking backwards then the chewing and finally rips it off. Independently. His collar came from MPC. I dont know how he's able to get it off when the strap to take it off is in the back.

Due to neighborhood rules we cannot have a rooster. He spends most of his time inside my house. He only goes outdide if supervised no crow collar because of course he rips it off.

Then I would say the kindest thing for your rooster is to find him a home where he can crow to his heart's content and you won't be jeopardizing keeping your chickens by breaking the law. By keeping an illegal rooster, you are also putting everyone else at risk. Those who make the laws may just change them so NO ONE can have chickens at all.
