A Perfect Feeder for $11

Here is a video I made about a fantastic way to feed chickens. Simple, easy and cheap. Hope some of you find it useful.

Long term that is just a rodent feeder. They learn to jump up and hit the target, so do wild birds. No way it is anything close to being the "best" feeder. Better than the bucket feeders with the ports but eventually the rodents will figure it out.

I used one of these awhile but didn't like the food spilling on the ground .My chickens aren't fed on a grassy lawn, they're inside a run.

It reminds me of Pavlov's experiments. How would it work with whole grain?
