It takes 21 days for a chicken egg to hatch if that's what your asking.
I'm sorry that you get mostly roosters in your hatches. That happens to me too. I try to set 3x as many eggs as I want hens because I know I will get 2/3 roosters.
Also I'm sorry for the loss of your other animals.

Female chickens can lay eggs without a male (rooster) however, the eggs will not be fertile. They can't be hatched into chicks.
