Abused Chicken

One of my hens is being picked on really bad. She is missing feathers on her back & head. And today I noticed that the back of her comb is turning purple and feels colder than the rest of the comb.

Is the hen sick or just being abused? And what can I do to stop it so feathers grow back before it gets to cold.

I would separate her from the flock and see what happens. She might be just getting abused and needs a different flock. Give her some time away from this flock to see if she heals up and watch for any signs that she might be sick.
