Hi everyone,
We are a family in Fort Mill,Sc and recently received a notice ordering to remove our chickens. This “removal” affects our family deeply since we love our hens and consider them our pets. Could you please sign this petition to help change the ordinances in my city that prohibit the ownership of chickens. Thank you!

Hi Jacin,
We moved here a year ago and never had any problems. We come from Cuba,a small socialist island in the Caribbean and even there chickens are allowed. We never thought that in the so called Country of freedom the local government would be prosecuting and enforcing laws like this when there are many other important issues to address in this town. Unfortunately when we moved here no one warned us about the many government restrictions in place in the town of Fort mill,Sc. At the moment we are not able to afford to move and we do not want to abandon or “get rid” of our hens since they have become our pets. The neighbors are also with us and love our chickens. This is very frustrating
