I think I see rooster tail feathers, darker feathers on the shoulder, and the legs look pretty think, would vote roo right now based on that picture, closer up pictures would help with the guessing.

It's been such a crazy summer I have to check my records to remember exactly... but they're around 3 months I think... Through the years we've had about 50-60 birds and believe it or not this is the first one I've suspected...
