Hello Enthusiastic Serama Owners!

My serama and silkie clutch are hatching in the incubator right now. The one that I am assuming to be the serama, due to it's sheer tininess.. is a light silver/blue. Is this even a Serama color?

Seramas can pretty much be any color.

I guess I'll have to get a good picture of her after she is fully dry. I'd like to know what the official color is called, heh.

And, to add to that, the color they are when hatched will not be their final color. And to make it even crazier some colors will change as time goes by!

My Seramas need a perch. What do you recommend?

You can use a broom stick, a SMOOTH tree branch, bamboo pole or a 1" x 2" piece of wood. Serama young'uns can fly like hawks, so you can put the roost just about any height you want once they have flight feathers

it can take up to 48 hours, but usually i find its sooner than that
