Missy giggled, golden curls bouncing lightly over her shoulders.
"Ok got a better deal anything on the house as long as you spread the word around about the salon. Deal?" Natalie asked raising a eyebrow.
"yeah, sure." missy said, still laughing.
Missy giggled and smiled, happy as always. (to oda: I GOTTA PEE, HURRY AND SHOWER!!!!)
( No, Annekin's good! I saw him last night when riding Lil Mitzy. ^_^ )
Skylar slid into the medical barn elegantly, even in her distress. Her no-nonsense attitude still remained, and her eyes still sparkled with the flame of desire. The desire to really do something with herself one day. Confidence.
She entered the large stall where the enchanting Palomino gelding lie. Skylar knelt by his side, ignoring the bewildered looks of the vet. "Hey, buddy..." She said softly, stroking his face. "How is he?" She looked up hopefully to the vet.
"He's a lot better than last night, that's what I can say."
Skylar sighed with relief. "Thank goodness!"
And for the first time, she smiled and looked at the sky. She breathed for a moment, it seemed as if all things had suddenly dispersed off her shoulders. "Will he be okay?"
The vet nodded. "He'll make it."
She buried her face in her hands for a moment, and when she looked back up she was smiling. Her eyes still brimmed with tears, but they weren't of sadness.

Raz leaned against the stall door. "what caused him to colic?" he asked, turning to the vet.
