Any suggestions would be appreciated

Niacinamide (nicotinamide) and niacinic acid are both forms of vitamin B(3). Niacinamide is a component of important coenzymes involved in hydrogen transfer, while niacinic acid is an essential human nutrient that can lead to pellagra if not taken in adequate.0
This is the best one for our waterfowl [niacinamide]that is why it's in the liquid B Complex
Thank you. It's hard to find reliable information. All the products listed as Niacinamide are marketed under the labels 'moderate release' of 'flush free' while the Niacinic Acid states 'may cause flushing'. That's where my confusion was coming from.

Will it be too much if I put 100MG of Niacinic Acid per Gallon of water in addition to giving the 1ML of B Complex daily? I already ordered both.
