Anyone know of climbing plants that chickens don't eat? Dream on, right?

I was thinking about doing the same thing with my run. I want a little shade cover and a bit of a wind break. I also had the thought that if I can get it to move accross the top also add some cover from weather that would look better than tarps or plywood. let me know how well this works for you.

I have planted wisteria outside my run here in sunny Florida. It seems to be doing well. I keep an extra piece of hardware cloth between run wall and plant so the girls won't over eat and it can get tall enough to be out of reach.
