New watercolor - Three Carolina Wrens

Wrens are one of my favorites next to the hummingbirds. You could illustrate an Audubon Field Guide of birds.

Last night, I drew a GREAT picture. But when it came time to color the skin , I grabbed a yellow pencil instead of my flesh colored. I didn't notice till I was done . (I was so tired!) Worst mistake ever!

I do a little sketching and drawing and cartooning. I drew for a living for about 35 years Not art only designs.

Mostly pen and pencil.... either ball point or sharpie or number 2

Though I do have drawings in Charcoal Pastels and Oil pastels and pen and ink. I never figured out how to mix color though i have tried painting in Acryllics... Water color is a mystery to me.... to those of you who9 can do water color.....
