Are my legbars both pullets or do i have cockrel

I have 2 legbars 1 has larger comb but it isn't turning red ect. Could I have a hen n cokrel or both pullets?? Really hoping for 2 hens. First 2 pics are of what I believe is hen. The second too I'm iffy about...

Your Legbar looks exactly like my EE and at 2 weeks started getting pink wattle, also twice the size of the other ones, so I have a cockerel as well. My friendliest one and very calm. Not sure what to do, since I cannot have roosters where I live. I understand your disappointment. I feel like crying as well. This picture is from when I first brought him home.

Legbars are autosexing, males should have had a white spot on their head as a younger chick.
