Look like all the splash Ameraucanas I have ever raised, as for genders would need a head on shot so we can see the combs.
At this age you look for how pink and how many rows of peas the combs have, single row of peas and pale in colour are hens and pink with raised 3 rows of peas(big center row and a smaller row on either side) is rooster(like the one in the pics I quoted above). Hope this helps.
