Look like all the splash Ameraucanas I have ever raised, as for genders would need a head on shot so we can see the combs.

At this age you look for how pink and how many rows of peas the combs have, single row of peas and pale in colour are hens and pink with raised 3 rows of peas(big center row and a smaller row on either side) is rooster(like the one in the pics I quoted above). Hope this helps.

Splashes will start out either pure yellow or yellow with a splotch of grey here and there as chicks. Your Amers are definitely splashes.

I thought so he stands tall and pround. Now are the cockerel tails point out more than other? Most of them are more layed down than the boy?

Tail and stance has nothing to do with it a dominant pullet will stand the same, the comb is what gave him away.

Your Welsummers look exactly like my Welsummer. She's getting darker as she gets older.
