Based on the results and experiences of our own flocks and our customers flocks, the Freedom Ranger assortment will reach 5 to 6 LBS Live Weight in a minimum of 9 weeks and a maximum of 11 weeks.
NOTE: When you order Freedom Ranger chicks, you will receive an assortment of all in stock varieties mentioned above.
Feed:
Use chick starter with a protein content of 21-22% and meds for the first 2-3 weeks.
Then you can use 18-19% protein grower until around week 7.
Finish them out on 16-17% protein finisher.

Hubby tells me to come outside and look at Millie. So there she is standing on their outside roost with an Easter Egg stuck to her side. I am guessing that an egg broke while she was setting and that is how this happened. She was setting when I let them out at 5:45. This pic is right before her bath. She enjoyed her bath, blow dry and pedicure.
The poor thing doesn't have any feathers under her. She is going through a molt.
