Yes it did. It laid there for a second and I kinda petted it hard to get it back up and she hopped up and seems fine.

If anyone is a Harry Potter fan they will appreciate that her name is Hermoine and she was almost eaten by a snake.

I put my 5wk old Isa browns out in the coop..They have been doing great and seem to enjoy it, we are expecting some severe weather in NWA tonight and tomorrow I believe. Is there anything special I should do when it's raining? I can't put them back in the brooder since it has new chicks in it.

As long as the inside of your coop stays dry they won’t have any problems.
