Assist Hatching call duck eggs. Am I doing OK?

UPDATE: This morning I came in to see one of the ducks stilk in the egg had stuck is wing out and was wiggling all over. I made its hole bigger and it quickly came out. Almost exatly like its sibling last night. The second egg had made good progress but still needed a little longer. I made the hole a tiny bit bigger and put it back. 3 hours later it had managed to stick its foot half out above its head. I peeled away quite a bit of it shell and he freed himself. All of his yolk was inside but he has the biggest tummy bulge.
4 ducklings!!!
I think it went well. I spent alot of time reading up on this site and it realy helped. I wish I had done more for the 1st one that passed in the egg but I was too conservative.
Next up is dealing with some spraddle leg.
