I don't know if I am allowed to post this, but I just had to share this.... I just took my 3 1/2 year old white Leghorn hen, Cotton to the Midway Veterinarian Hospital in Chesapeake Va. I suspected that she had EYP and treated her for this.. She has been battling this for about 45 days. She let me know that she wasn't getting any better, and her time was up. So I took her in to Midway this afternoon to be euthanized. They were the most understanding people. After they euthanized her they brought her back to me in the carrier, laying on a bed of white cotton.....it was the most precious thing I have ever seen....
