B Chicken Farm

We are getting 5 to 8 eggs a day with 14 laying hens. We had them in the run for the last 2 days and are not getting a total of 14 eggs. I am looking at getting rid of the older ones that are no longer laying.
We have a total of 39 chickens.
14 laying hens, 6 blue EE pullets and 10 pullets from Cackle Hatchery.
Along with 6 roosters. (2 from Cackle Hatchery, 3 that we hatched and 1 breeding rooster, "Elvis")
We also have 4 other chicks that we hatched in the brooder.

My longterm goal is to get rid of the EEs once the Biefehelders and Ameracaunas start laying.

My final goal is to have the 10 Hens and 2 roosters. In case something happens to one of my roosters. The Biefenhelders and the Lavender Ameracaunas.

Here is a nice photo of one of my blue Easter Egger pullets.

Here are too photos of my juvenile roosters. They are not very good specimens so they will be culled next month.

We are also getting out of EEs and going into purebred.
