Bald area near vent and brown squishy poop( see attached)

Appreciated if you can point me some direction to address the issue if needed

Her poop looks normal to me. Looks like a cecal poop. As for her backend, could another flock member be picking on her? Other causes of this can be molting or Ascities Syndrome.

Thank you for the quick response. Yes she definitely got picked on by other senior hens. But her sister doesn’t show the same baldness. I got concerned with any squishy poop - looking for a more firm round-shaped one. She doesn’t appear molting. I looked up ascites syndrome, a bit lost there. Treatment?
