I live in Spartanburg, SC and I have a bantam blue cochin rooster who will not stop flogging my children and myself every time I turn around. I'm hoping someone has more patience, and can help him get better. I don't have the heart to cull him. I can't let my kids be afraid to come outside and I can't convince them to "not be scared" when they've been flogged so much.
