Barred Rock Cochins

Does anyone out there have any of these? Where can I get information on this breed? I have a pair that are a year old, and no eggs. Are they usually good layers. I'm not sure what to do with her, but she refuses to lay.

I have blue and splash cochins and partridge cochins. Mine are the standard sized birds and they started laying at 7 1/2 months. I get big fat brown eggs everyday from all of my girls.

I wish mine would lay. Maybe she's on strike.

I think you meant Barred Cochins, not Barred Rock Cochins. I didnt think Cochins were the best layers anyway.
