Blue copper Maran

We got these 2 chicks (now 4 weeks old) supposed to be blue copper Marans. Don’t look very blue to me. But I’m guessing we definitely have 1 roo and 1 hen?

First 3 pics are the same chick and then 4th pic is of the 2nd chick

1 looks to be a cockeral, and 2 is probably a pullet. So cute!

Agreed, looks like a cockerel and a pullet and yes they look like black copper Marans not blue copper.

We got the from Charley’s Chicks. We got 16 (8 different breeds, lost one) and then got 6 more (3 different breeds) not sure if I have a picture of all of them.

Ok, they do look to be Black Copper Marans.

That’s what I was thinking, they looked like black copper Marans instead of blue. Thank you

Thank you! That’s what I figured. We were told they were blue, but definitely not. They’re super sweet. Those and the blue australorps are the sweetest ones out of all we got. They’re all sweet though
