Breed/Gender (sorry in advance)

I got some chicks from my daughter's second grade hatch project. I don't know what they are. I think with all of the colors/markings, they are probably Easter eggers. They are 4.5 weeks old. This one developed a comb early and it turned red last week. I love the tiger like stripes around its neck. I hope that stays. What kind/gender is Fluffy?

Will these markings stay or will he change more as he matures? Here they are the first week. (He's in the middle.)

He had pasty butt a few days so we had to clean his bottom. That was interesting.
