From back to front I would guess: Blue Swedish, Buff Orpington, Cayuga.

Here are pics of my blue Swedish and Cayuga chicks, look like two of yours are the same.

Agree on the black one being a Cayuga. Blond one is a Saxony. The blue one I can't tell if it is a blue Swedish or a blue runner. Runners don't always stand upright right away. Blue Swedish have a yellow bib on their chest and yellow tips on their wings. If it doesn't have that, it is probably a runner.
