Breeder of rose combed Rhode Island Whites?

Was told this is a female Rhode Island White....any thoughts?? New to chickens and not sure.

What I can see of it looks like it probably is. I can't see its legs in the pic or its comb very well, but if it's a Rhode Island White, it will have yellow legs and a rose comb.

A true Rhode Island White will be a Rose Comb not a single comb. Hatcheries have the SC but in my opinion they are not true Rhode Island Whites. If you go back and look at the make up the original breeder was making them RC and wanted them to be RC. APA only recognizes the RC variety.
