broken beak

Our 5 month old red-golden pheasant has a chip on its beak. Will this grow back? Is this a sign of a vitamin deficiency or has he been fighting?

As long as it's not too large/doesn't interfere with it's eating it should be fine. I'm not sure if they grow back. Is it a male with more males or a female?

Where on the beak? Is it eating alright? Depending on where on the beak the break is located, as long as the cuticle isn't damaged, it should grow back.
