Broken tail feathers

Hi
So I just introduced my 18week old chick white my old flock and the have been doing ok. But I went to check them this morning and the one smaller chick was all bloody so I removed it and soaked up the blood but it looks like the tail feather is falling off. Help!!!

The bird has been pecked and partially cannibalized by your old flock. Apply antibiotic ointment and keep the bird separated from the flock. Monitor the flock closely to make sure other young birds are not attacked.
