Anyone going to the Brockton show on May 4th?

Yes. It was pretty bad. I walked in and out. Looked like a bad turnout. They need to rethink holding it there. Dingy dark barn in a bad section of Brockton. My last time attending that show!

My wife said the same thing about the Brockton Show. She went with the kids and left within an hour. So dissapointing, we should be able to do better in Southern Ma!
Maybe with the proliferation of backyard farms the quality will improve. Anyone able to recommend some shows that are typically worth going to?

The best one is the Poultry Congress held in Springfield over the MLK holiday weekend in January. There is also the Boston Poultry Expo held the first weekend in June and again in Nov in Oxford MA.

The Expo show in June is smaller than the Nov one, so you know in advance.

There's no spring Boston Expo. Just one in November. Little RI on 5/18 and CT on June1, hopefully will have good turnout.
