My Ameraucana is now almost 2 months old and I think she's ready for breed and gender determination. :D I don't know if it's an Easter Egger, Ameraucana, or Araucana but couldn't be an Araucana. Thanks and have a great day! (P.S. One more thing, both her cheeks are fluffy and feathers coming out straight.)

EEs are basically, like I said, mixes with some or a little Ameraucana blood in there.
False.
Easter Eggers are the foundation of the Ameraucana and Araucana breeds. The recognized Ameraucana and the recognized Araucana have been bred to a specific set of traits called a breed standard. Easter Eggers do not have Ameraucana in them. It's the other way around. Easter Eggers are the originals, just completely unrefined. The Easter Eggers have not been bred towards any common goal. That is why you never can be sure of just what you will be getting. You will most likely get blue or green eggs, but there is always a chance of white, cream, pink, or brown.

Will my Easter Egger lay colored eggs? If not or yes, what kind and why. Why isn't it a true breed? (Just want to know information about Araucana, Ameraucana, and Easter Egger)

Yes, there's a very good chance that your EE will lay colored eggs.

On rare occasion, they do end up laying pink or brown eggs, but that's not as common as blue/green. I'm not an expert by any standards, but I'm guessing the reason for this is that they're mixes?

EEs are basically, like I said, mixes with some or a little Ameraucana blood in there. The true Ameraucana has different traits than an EE, such as specific color varieties like Blue, Black, Splash, Wheaten, Blue Wheaten, ect. (whereas with EEs, there's no telling what color they'll feather out), they're fluffier, I believe their legs are slate rather than willow green, and their skin is white. Plus, true Ameraucanas are very hard to find and are quite expensive. I've got both, actually, so maybe I can show you the differences.
Here are some of the EEs I've had/still have:

And a few true Ameraucanas:

Sorry, the Blue girl has crossbeak.

Thanks. Now I understand the differences when I saw the puff of feathers/hairs straightening (looks like it) out of both the cheeks. But there's black feathers on the head. Is that normal?
