This is Amelia is she a she or a he???

I suspect these are all Roos is anyone around that can confirm? They’re about 9 week old. Thanks!

At 9 weeks with those wattles yes I would agree but the one in the centre to the right just keep an eye on as female white crested blacks do have good wattles. Your one there doesn’t look too red right now. My WCB females also have spurs so don’t let that trick you.

Well, any rooster will have long, curving tail feathers, and saddle feathers. It'll be easy to tell by now. Polish roosters also have long, stringy crests. Hens have big puffy crests. Sounds like you have a hen- a rooster should be crowing by now. By loud- do you mean clucking, or crowing? If it's just clucking, you may get an egg soon.
Below is a picture of a roo.

well it looks nothing like yours so maybe its a hen but for the past few weeks have just been making this loud sound i am not sure what a crow sounds like maybe she getting ready to lay a egg hopeful that it thanks so much for the help

Hi we have just bought our first pair and if its anything to go by the hen makes as much noise as the roo, its a high pitched cackle and she never shuts up, if I only had her and not the roo I would have convinced myself she was a he! :)

pics would really help...by now if it was a cockerel it would have 2 long curving tail feathers called sickle feathers, at the base of the tail it would have long slender pointed feathers called hackle feathers, and then the neck would have similar looking feathers just not as long and these are the hackles.
