Can Ducks eat Sage?

I'd like to grow sage in our backyard, but I don't want the ducks to end up eating it and getting sick. I don't care if they eat it as long as it's okay for them to eat. There are really only two people in my family who eat sage, but I love the smell, lol.

Same question with mint. I'd like to plant mint as well, but, of course, only if it's safe for the ducks.

Mint is fine, but it depends on the type of sage. From what I've found, red sage is poisonous.
