Can't find this worm anywhere, but It's in multiple nasal openings

I'm not sure what I would do if I found those... thinking out loud here, so please don't crucify me, lol. I might be tempted to find one with a wiggler and drop some invermectin in each nostril, then maybe give both Valbazen and ivermectin orally? Perhaps a little unorthodox, but it might work.

I do have a hen I've kept indoors for several months. She doesn't have anything in her nose, however. .
I brought her in because of extreme weight loss, pale come etc.

When she 1st came in, I couldn't get her to eat anything but soft greens, nothing hard
I had expected to find something wrong with her esphigas, but nothing stood out.

I've tube fed her back to some weight gain, but recently stopped when she started eating normal on her own.
However... 2days ago, she stopped eating again, last night she ate a couple bites of soft cooked food but I'm tube feeding again

I've always thought she acted like her throat hurt, but I've been unable to see anything wrong.
This could be a very real possibility.

Will be ordering and treating.
Thanks
