I went out to feed the rabbits this evening and noticed that one of the bucks has a partially clouded eye. He's less than a year old. He seems happy, active, and eating and drinking fine. Is this something I need to worry about? Is there some way I can treat it?
I might be able to put up a picture, but it appeared to be a clouded, translucent shape on the eye - not exactly a general cloudiness or whiteness.

Without seeing the rabbit I will just have to hazard a guess. The cloudiness is far more likely to be the result of an injury or an infection than a cataract. He may have scratched the eye on something. I think the application of an antibiotic eye ointment might be in order. In any case, it can't hurt.
