Cause- A lazy employee quits her job at the last minute
Effect- I, the manager, have to work in two different salons while trying to hire at least one caring, talented, independent stylist. Now that I'm working in two different salons, the day we had planed to pick up my Buckeye Chicks at Meyers is not happening.
Meyers is also very unhappy with me, but what are we to do when you can't find good employees. Everyone here is very upset too...
