Chick breed question - supposed to be a Blue Polish, but looks Gold Laced

They substituted gold Polish for your white crested blue Polish. Happens a lot.

Strange. They did have White Crested Black and Buff Laced but not gold.

Did the breeder breed her/his own chickens, or were they just re-selling hatchery purchased chicks?

She hatches her own, but works with other local breeders as well. The website says the Polish are shipped from a hatchery.

Chinese Silkies are both White, & Yellow skinned plus Fibro.

American(SOP bred), Silkies are required to have white skin plus Fibro.

Me neither. It mostly consists of AI "knowledge", which doesn't know the difference between, say, a silkie and some other breed

I use Bing, and it highlights the AI info for me. Basically takes all the information from multiple sources and mixes it together. Which is not great if someone was talking about one breed but the AI thought it was another breed.

I use Bing image creator for fun. Not sure if this is what you're talking about. It's made to make fantastical things, not whole lot of reality.

I do too! It's a lot of fun. Artificial Intelligence is used for both creative and informative things. I find that sometimes it's "knowledge" is not very well put together, though. But the Image Creator is fun!
