I went to do my chores this morning, and found one of my sweet chicks in the adult layer's pen. The chickens have torn her skin off of her head and back, and ripped out tons of feathers. She was my favorite chick and now I just don't know what do to.
The other chicks haven't seemed to notice yet, and the injured one can still walk, stand, eat and drink.
How long does she have to live, and is there anything I can do for her?

You may want to try some BluKote. That will probably help. If you can get her on some antibiotics that would probably help. You should probably put some vicks vapo rub on the heads of the other chicks to prevent the other gals from attacking them. Hens can be jerks.

It's a good sign that she can still walk, stand, eat and drink.

Clean her wound and keep it clean. Make sure others aren't picking at her wound(probably have to isolated her).
