Chick seems behind, how can I help?

Hello,

I have a flock of 8 all hatched the same day, one of my chicks the black australorp is not nearly as feathered as the rest. Is there anything I can do to help her or does she most likely have a genetic issue and will die? She seems perfectly healthy and I haven’t seen anyone bully her. My only other thought is she’s actually the jersey Giant because I heard they mature slower

She might be a slow maturer. My cochin was the last to feather in because of her breed.

If they're eating/drinking/pooping and activity is good, not a concern. Possible breed, or cockerel (they develop slower too)

I know that "prayer" ... Main reason I will not incubate, purchasing pullet chicks cause even then we're taking a chance.
