Chicken breeders or Folks in South Africa?

@Gwyllm not too good at the moment , we have a few that have died , the others are still not fully developed , by the looks of it we have just had too much load shedding , 2 or 3 days late is ok but almost 7 days late it is doubtful that they will be strong enough to break thru the shell after such an extended incubation period but we will give the live ones a chance to see if they do.
I did investigation into running an incubator through loadshedding, and found the setup cost to be about R4500
Basically you will need a deep cycle car battery, an invertor, a charger, and a switch/mechanism to allow the battery to take over when the power is out.
I sourced it all in Durbs incase loadshedding proved too formidable a foe.
If you are planning to hatch-on-mass, then it will probably be worth looking at either way.
All the best
