I have 11 chickens they are 3 weeks old now. The only two with any sign or a waddle growing or red/pink on their beak are my wyandottes. They are much smaller than the rest, one has a very red tiny comb growing and a litte waddle, while the other has more pinkish waddle showing. Is that common for that breed or could they just be roosters? Thanks

Wyandotte pullets, or any breed at that matter, shouldn't have any pinkness at such an early age.....I'm thinking you have cockerels.

At three weeks anything with a pink comb is a rooster, the girls will have an orange yellow comb for a few months. If you post photos it would help people to give their thoughts.

Yes, it looks like it to me, but I would wait a while longer to confirm it. The first one definitely though. At 3 weeks with that much red, there is no doubt I'm afraid.

Did you buy straight run or were they supposed to be sexed pullets?
