Please help mu friend and I we do believe this is a white Frazel not a friZzle and fro what we understand all kind of defaults that may come with defoormaties short wings stuff he seems to drink and eat but there are these feathers on his rump at first thought they were just dirty but looking closer they look to be swollen pin feathers some with a little blood
