Rooster Cogburn, age unknown, American Game fowl (?)





Our temp. rooster Rooster Cogburn. He's really the neighbors, but he bonded with our ducks and slept in their pen at night. Temps got colder and he got frostbite on his legs (frozen solid, he got a limp) comb, (started flaking off), and wattles. He was almost in a coma when we brought him in. Had him in a cage inside for a few days and he was all better, but when we move soon hoping to bring him with us and make him ours.
